In my role as Regional Vice President of Sales, I am responsible for the distribution strategy of self-funded health benefit plans for Meritain Health’s North Carolina and South Carolina territories. Primary responsibilities include business development to drive continued growth in the Mid South region. My knowledge and experience in cost management, wellness, and alternative network strategies help me serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and their consultants

* The E.E. Cammack Group School is a premier leadership development training program designed to prepare graduates to take on sales roles in the organization. * Completed accelerated rotations through Underwriting, Sales (Middle Market & Small Group), Account Management, Network, and Data Analytics. * Introduced to Aetna and their culture, gained an overview of the industry, the Aetna product spectrum, rating concepts, selling skills, sales cycle, presentation skills and technological capabilities.

* Conducted fundraising efforts by effectively demonstrating the impact of donor funds on university needs. * Motivated alumni, subscribers, prospective donors to be engaged in university activities. * Exceeded fundraising goal and raised $1.6 million ahead of scheduled timeline.

* Acted as a Point Sales Representative to collect wheel tax and engage with hundreds of customers. * Managed a team of seven student interns to write nine city ordinances, certificates of acceptance, and to validate city wide petitions. * Redesigned inventory tracking and processing system. * Ideated New User Guide and strategies to increase access to services offered by the Office of City Clerk.

* Budgeted and allocated over $300,000 to student groups and campus organizations by evaluating compliance with financial guidelines. * Convened with multiple university executives and stakeholders to write campus wide bi-laws and resolutions. * Collaborated with the Assistant Director of Tufts Athletics to develop guidelines that support clubs sports programming.

* Operated employer user database and evaluated client access. * Developed and implemented strategies to increase client engagement in programs such as internships and reward programs. * Represented Employer Relations & Development team at a National Conference in New York City.
