I was responsible for Menu development, Kitchen and front of house training, costing, payroll management, inventory and product ordering. At Blair's Restaurant menu revolved around seasonal ingredients with at least 80% of produce and good picked from local farmer's market several times a week. I maintained a steady and increasing popularity in this restaurant that had earned its reputation in that area since 2001.

Managed and trained a minimum of 5 employees servicing a sales department for 3 title branches with a minimum of 40 outside sales reps.

Serviced Real Estate clients and Sales staff to one of the fasted growing title companies of this time. At Alliance Title I was trained by the best title insurance customer service manager in all of southern California.
