Joseph Farrugia is the Founder and Director of StreetHR A Company formed in 2015 providing the full spectrum of Human Resource Services including recruitment, HR outsourcing, Customer Experience (CX) and tailor-made training solutions. A hands on Human Resource Consultant and Trainer. His career has progressed through years of involvement within various industries and serving in senior management and consultancy positions. At corporate level Joseph has helped organisations develop and implement the best HR policies and practices, winning National HR awards in the process. In his consultant capacity Joseph works closely with senior management, directors and decision makers in various sectors by providing advice or delivering specific services. As a trainer Joseph has assisted hundreds of people from different backgrounds in acquiring new insights and to further develop their true potential. Joseph graduated in Management at the University of Malta and completed his Master’s Degree in Training and Performance Management with the University of Leicester with distinction. He has played important roles in several HR related projects and has had the opportunity to work closely with various international trainers and HR practitioners, both locally and abroad. He has served on a number of committees, including as a director within the Foundation for Human Resource Development. Joseph believes in strategic HR and the contribution people can make when they are properly aligned, developed and engaged with the strategy set by their Company. Joseph prefers informal over formal, an approach that allows people to stay down to earth enjoying their journey.
