Currently, I oversee M&A integration functions to facilitate the successful completion of complex corporate merger and integration initiatives. I’m responsible for due diligence, strategic plans, project budgeting, business case design, cost tracking and control, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, problem solving, and end-to-end integration of newly acquired brands into the Estee Lauder organization. I also ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and project management best practices, and partner with New Brand Empowerment Team on roadmap creation for each new brand. In addition, I collaborate with enterprise and information architects to integrate the technologies of newly acquired brands into the Estee Lauder architecture, supervise multiple project teams, administer multimillion-dollar project budgets, and manage vendor relationships. Selected Accomplishments: • Improved integration efficiency by creating and introducing a standardized M&A playbook. • Spearheaded the successful integration of multiple brands, including Have&Be, Too Faced Cosmetics, LeLabo, BECCA, ByKillian, and Fredrick Malle. • Led the commercial acceleration of the Have&Be brand into the UK, North America, and Travel Retail sectors.

During this time, I managed a wide range of projects, including office openings, office relocations, software upgrades, infrastructure transformations, network upgrades, UPS replacements, technology refresh, and storage system implementation and improvement. I utilized PMI’s 5-phase project life cycle model, tracked expenses, and administered project budgets. I also monitored performance, identified and mitigated risks, and approved changes. In addition, the role included communicating with vendors to obtain bills of material, creating purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and processing invoices. I led up to 19 projects simultaneously. Selected Accomplishments: • Consistently completed projects ahead of schedule and within or below budget. • Frequently selected for complex, difficult projects based on past performance. • Converted an unused vehicle storage space into a state-of-the-art conference center. • Managed the build out and recabling of several floors in the GM Building for Estee Lauder. • Guided the move of Estee Lauder’s IT room from one floor to another in the GM Building.

For this service and support company, I provided network project management for clients, led projects, and maintained compliance with PMI methodologies. I also monitored performance and expenses, created project plans, and was responsible for change control, financials, vendor relations, scheduling, problem solving, and security. Selected Accomplishments: • Carried out the upgrade of St. John’s University’s LAN and wireless network.
