As the Cloud Architect - high level Systems Administrator and an IT Supervisor at the Toronto Zoo, I supervise the everyday technology operations, and a team of excellent IT professionals. I plan, design, implement and administrate IT solutions such as but not limited to remote work solutions, cloud services, backup and recovery systems, Windows servers, Intranet, phone systems, team collaboration tools, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Point-of-Sale solution. My team of IT professionals provides an exceptional user support services to over 500 staffs and 1.5 million yearly visitors to the Toronto Zoo, as we multitask the operations of backend services such Wi-Fi networks, database, networking, online stores and more. As the second largest zoo in the world and an AZA accredited zoo, this City of Toronto agency (Toronto Zoo) is on track to becoming the world most technologically advanced zoo. I am privileged and honored to be part of the leadership team of the Toronto Zoo; an organization that is utilizing advanced technology to protect over 5000 wildlife in our care, and to fight wildlife extinction globally. My current projects includes VOIP implementation and server migrations.

My duties as the sole Service Tech at the Toronto Zoo started in 2012 till 2020 as I was promoted to supervise the day-to-day technological operations and my team of excellent IT professionals. During my experience as a service tech, I had great opportunity as I was exposed to all technological operations of the City of Toronto agency's everyday IT operations. Daily exceptional users support, PC, software, phone systems, printers, POS, CRM, networking, AV systems and an exceptional customer services was the highlight of my days as a service tech. To further support my organization's rapid growth, I enhanced my skills, stayed abreast to the latest advancements in technology; such as but not limited to Cloud Computing & Security, Backup systems, proactive & innovative IT Systems Administration.
