Hired as part of the initial store set-up team for both the Coquitlam and the Vancouver locations. Helped to create the current visual platform in which Pomme is continuing to use in all locations. Responsible for daily local vendor orders, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling & training.

Productively & effectively managed the Coquitlam retail location, training and supervising a team of 12+. Positively influenced the team to strive for success, consistently hitting sales targets and adapting to changes within our Company's visual platform. Responsible for Inventory management, weekly warehouse orders, supervision on trailer unloads and postings, controlling write-offs and claims, staff scheduling, and team meetings.

Responsible for daily orders to local vendors, visual merchandising, staff training & scheduling, sales reports & analysis. Able to achieve year-on-year profit gains by effectively rearranging store visual platform by identifying hot spot locations and managing inventory. Worked very closely with the District Manager on concept and execution of visual platform for all regional stores.

Responsible for managing a team of 18+ employees. Tasks included daily vendor orders, staff training & scheduling, visual merchandising with planograms, attending local buying shows to purchase seasonal goods on behalf of the franchisee, maintaining tight inventory levels by working closely with visual mins and maxes based on sales turns. Extensive training workshops were attended to further develop skills in Visual merchandising, team building, product training, and personal growth for my relevant management position.
