Support day-to-day operations of MVNO services, ensuring smooth execution of all operational activities, including network management, provisioning, billing, and customer support. Coordinate with vendors, network providers, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Supported operational initiatives to improve service activation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, IMDA and company policies to meet legal and operational standards. Supported planning and implementation of pKYC systems in alignment with IMDA regulatory requirements. Managing of the SIM-card inventory. Collaborate with the Customer Service department to resolve escalated issues, improve customer satisfaction.

Generate and pursue sales leads to develop new sources of revenue from customers to meet or exceed monthly and annual KPIs.   Follow through with all internal post-sales processes, including submitting paperwork for all other processes and coordinating to ensure end-to-end services are rendered to the customer.  Assisting in raising credit adjustment. Managing stock inventory.
