- Leader of the purchasing and planning team for mass production department (5 people). - Customer demand management, CTB analysis, to do shortage report. - Review of suppliers & customer's contracts (payment terms, clauses, guarantee, etc.) - Suppliers & Customers meetings to review the scoope in the production plan. - KPI's Monitoring (past dues, pull in, push out, Cancel and pending). - Cost reduction, increase inventory turns and dissminissing inventory OH. - VMI, KANBAN y Min Max programs. - Support for ISO 9001, IATF & VDA audicts. - Training for interns (Buyer and planners). - Sales to intercompanies & brokers for E&O materials.

- Purchase order entry and supplier management according to MRP requirements. - Tracking KPI (Past due, pull in, push out, cancelation). - Follow up material shortages and production flow thru the factory to keep build plan on schedule. - Solve account payable issues and discrepancies in warehouse related to material. - Analyze and create Forecast in a weekly basis to the key suppliers. - Preventive mindset on material shortages, escalate and advise any impact that could jeopardize the production line. - Responsible for providing shipping instructions to suppliers based on urgency and routing guideline to ensure the arrival on time for materials. - Responsable to close the RMA, RTV and AP problems.

- Ensure the correct & timely execution and follow up including also any other purchasing functions - Guarantee the proper material and services supplies. - Deal with suppliers and follow up with them on the delivery materials and services. - Interact with a multidisciplinary team to provide an appropriate quality service. - Participates in the effectiveness supplier evaluation and material control standards. - Participate with the execution and new design strategies on cost reduction. - Resolves problems and propose all the alternate available. - Ability to communicate and address problems with management. - Develop and execute effective bidding, negotiation and pricing strategies to provide savings to the company. - Manage consignment stock and identify opportunities to minimize inventory.
