• Responsible for the editorial area of the monthly entrepreneurship magazine and its website, interacting closely with the general management of the publishing company and with the management of the different departments of the business, such as advertising, circulation, sales, finance and human resources. • Coordinated a new editorial project to turn the magazine into a more atractive and useful publication to readers and advertisers. • Concieved and coordinated the production of a series of brand extension editions and pocket guides for entrepreneurs. • Created an annual prize for the best franchises of the year based on qualitative and quantitative indexes. • Developed a partnership with Microsoft and Banco Itau, one of the largest Brazilian banks, to create a “reality show” to entrepreneurs. The idea was to support the improvement of entrepreneurs' management skills with the use of new digital and financial tools. • Developed a partnership with the editorial team of the homonymous TV program aired weekly by Globo, the largest TV network of Brazil, and worked to integrate the web sites of the two media vehicles to create the largest entrepreneurship content portal of the country. • Launched a daily newsletter sent by e-mail to subscribers with the main news published by the magazine website. • With the actions taken, the magazine attracted a more upscale public, without reducing the total number of readers, and its website had a substancial increase in audience. The volume of advertising almost tripled with the attraction of respected and large companies, without loosing the support of public institutions and State-owned companies traditionally linked to entrepreneurship in Brazil.

• Responsible for the editorial management of the personal finance magazine and its website, interacting closely with the general management of the parent company and the management of different fields of the business, such as advertising, circulation, sales, finance and human resources. • Developed the editorial project of the magazine and its website launched in 2001. • Anchored the presentations of the new venture to media executives of advertising agencies, marketing directors, regional distributors and newsstand owners. • Developed a groundbreaking partnership with local newspapers, which created a new source of revenue to the venture, for the republication of the magazine content. • Created and managed the publication of an Investment Fund Guide, which selected the best funds in different categories based on their rates of return and risk. • Created and managed the publication of a Guide of the Best Websites for Personal Finance based on qualitative standards. • With the actions taken, the venture had a significantly better performance than projected by the business plan, but it was discontinued after a year amidst a financial restructuring of the parent company. The website had a relevant revenue that placed it among the five best of the company competing with more than 50 magazine’s websites.

The company, with headquarters in Buenos Aires, also had branches in Mexico City and Miami, and was financed by Softbank, Banco Inbursa and Consultatio, controlled by Argentinian investor Eduardo Constantini. • Overlooked the editorial, advertising, and administrative areas of the company in Brazil, and interacted closely with the general management in Buenos Aires and other national managers. • Responsible for the negotiation of an editorial partnership with CNN, in Atlanta (GA), with network directors.

Wrote several cover stories. • Remodelled the personal finance coverage of the magazine after the end of hiperinflation and the stabilization of the Brazilian economy, in 1994. • Exclusive interviews with several international bankers, including John Reed (Citigroup) and Jon Corzine (Goldman Sachs). • Created and edited the first Investment Fund Guide of Brazil based on returns adjusted to risk.
