Professional Journey Josef began his career in the automotive industry, holding a significant role at Wynnchurch Capital/Android Industries as Vice President of Global Operations from 2005 to 2007, later becoming COO. He transitioned to Oshkosh Corporation, where as Executive Vice President of Global Operations, he improved efficiencies through lean practices. Josef then served at Manitowoc Company as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Global Operational Excellence, focusing on process improvements and operational excellence.
