Lead centralized process engineering group with close R&D partnership for the NPD process and liaison with the manufacturing teams. Own the engineering strategy, standards and guidance across all BDI mfg. sites.

* Worked along with the process development and quality team to assure a successful vial filling system implementation. *  Operations leader for the development of the User Requirement Specifications completed 1month ahead of schedule. *  Lead the actualization process for the manufacturing P&ID’s in which project completion was 30% ahead of schedule. *  Updated and implemented the Maintenance Technicians trouble shooting guides on a web system. * ACHIEVEMENTS *  URS completed 1 month ahead of schedule *  P&ID’s actualization process was 30% ahead of project completion date.

Lead the BPR Plant New Products, Product Engineering, and the Davol Division Advanced Manufacturing Engineering teams to drive synergy and best practices among the Davol organization.
