* Provided Technical Support to the Latin America Business group. This included support when dealing with the regional carriers. * Led a group of EE engineers to develop a couple of AMPS phones for the Latin America Region. Worked with ODM Company to develop, qualify and introduce a set of regular Cordless Phones. * Managed the Brazil team to develop Fix Cellular units for the LatAm region. * Led my core team thorough the development of one of the last AMPS units as well as the last 3W transceivers and Handsets.

As Engineer I-II, I owned all audio filters used in a voice recognition board which was integrated to the 3W Transceiver. I also developed a Cellular Connection module which emulated the wall phone jack which allowed a regular BELL type phone to be connected to a cellular phone, mainly for fixed applications. Main task during this period was to work with Automobile companies to integrate a cellular phone in their cars. This included working with their engineering team to customize the phones to access their data buses and audio devices, create wiring harnesses, control RF emissions to prevent interference with their FM radios. I was the main engineering interface with the Ford Motor Company, although we also had involvement with GM, Lexus, Infinity and Rolls Royce. Developed SW to re-purpose a Thunderbird steering wheel controller to allow the user to dial favorite phone numbers from this controller in addition to changing the radio stations.

Managed the BB team (anything EE not RF related) for the development of the first generation Moto G phone, fourth generation Moto G4+ and coordinated efforts with the BB team located in China which was driving the introduction of the Moto G4 phone. The successful launch of the MotoG4+ was punctuated by the aggressive development schedule which allowed Motorola to launch it ahead of plan. Led the Baseband team during development of Moto E2 with LTE as well as the World version of the WCDMA RAZR Smartphone. Managed the Baseband and RF teams during develop the AMPS RAZR slider Played a key role in putting together a development team in Brazil - to enable a better deal in managing importation tariffs. This included coordination of training, equipment acquisition, motivational role, and sharing and ingraining into them the Motorola culture. This team developed products and worked with ODMs in Asia to develop products for Latin America. Played similar role when putting together a (short lived) development team in Singapore
