I am responsible for leading the IT team of the Americas to design, implement and maintain successful infrastructure solutions that meet the requirements of the organization and ensure that the most cost-effective and global strategy approach is adopted. I design and execute the strategy of global infrastructure and technical services, including maintenance and system in support of the general offer of IT services. In addition, my role collaborates with other team members and between teams in the development and definition of global policies and strategies for IT integration.

I'm responsible for the quality of the mobile, fixed network and IT of Telefonica Mexico. The evolution of the Network, indicators with a view to the customer experience as well as the implementation of technical solutions and digitization for the Telefonica Business & Operational Support Systems. Responsible for presenting the status of the network and IT Systems to C-Level management executives of Telefonica Mexico

I led a transformational strategic project for Telefonica Mexico to identify and implement improvements in the processes of attention to incidents from the areas of network and systems technical, as well as the digitization that support those improvements. Achievement we managed to improve our Net Promote Score by 17%.

Responsible for the IT operation of Telefonica Mexico, I led a team responsible for researching, evaluating and selecting the best technologies to add value and support the business in the following areas: telecommunications, infrastructures, networks, systems, applications and security, considering requirements, costs, licenses, impact on the real platform, present the IT strategic plan. Planning and Control of investments (capex) and expenses (opex) in IT, selection of projects to be executed, establishing scope, duration, and costs. Responsible for ITSM incident management, problem management, change management at Telefonica Mexico. Achievement decrease in major incidents by 40% and saving in OPEX by 18%

Responsible of the operation and maintenance of the mobile core network and NOC of Telefonica Venezolana, I lead a Team which support include the CDMA, GSM, UMTS, MSCs, HLRs, Voice Mails, IVRs, IP and ATM networks, SDH Transport network and the PDSN, BSC, RNC nodes, Packet Core Network, IP Network Optimization/Utilization, SVA s and MPLS Networks.
