Management of all Financial activities and fiduciary responsibilities for the Multi Country (MCA) area in Latin America for Hewlett Packard Company

Promoted to lead a team of nine Managers and Finance leads with responsibility for over 55 personnel in management of all financial functions for all Latin American and Caribbean for the Technology Solutions group. This newly created organization includes HP services plus all hardware and software business units with revenues over $ 1 Billion dollars.

Selected to lead a team of Managers and Finance leads to manage all financial functions for all Latin American and Caribbean HP Managed Services, Customer support and Consulting and Integration operations of the new combined HP after its merge with Compaq Computers

Promoted to lead a team of 11 Managers and employees with responsibility for over 130 personnel in management of all financial, materials planning and logistics, sales support and administrative functions for all Central and South American HP Services operations of this $300 million per annum support and services business .

Promoted to manage all financial accounting and reporting for the Division responsible for the development of paper management hardware and software that allowed customers to utilize state of the art paper handling devices.

Finance Director, Iberia Sub-Region in EMEA, Technology Solutions Group- Madrid, Spain Mach 2005- October 2007 Relocated to Spain from Houston to become the Finance Director for the Iberia sub-region within the Europe Middle East and Africa region. Responsible for all finance support for Sales, the HW &,SW and Services business units for the Technology Solutions group.

Selected to lead the Americas Hewlett Packard Enterprise Finance Separation office of one of the largest separation in American business history. Separating a $110 billion company that operated in 120 countries with more than 700 legal entities, and a very complex IT infrastructure was a big challenge but I am proud to have been part of the incredible team that accomplished it successfully and on time.

This position reports to the Global HPE Controller and is responsible for driving efficient and effective Financial Management and compliance of all HP subsidiaries across the Americas. Leading a regional team of 7 country Controllers, and 60 indirect reports, we drive strong business controls, SOX , US and local GAAP statutory reporting and compliance.
