Leads CFT and coordinate interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to delivery, quality, pricing and the required business metrics. Responsible for understanding and driving the customer OTD, contribution goals, inventory goals and any specific cost drivers.Develops and sustains long term relationships with install-base customers In charge of quarterly results and long term account goals Engages with customers at all levels in an organization.
