■ Developed a BIM-based Generative Design Algorithm in Python that incorporates OOP, optimization, and simulation techniques to automate and improve cost-efficiency at construction projects’ design and planning stages. The model includes a decision-making support module to assess multiple design alternatives according to management criteria. The design improvements achieved were 37.5%, 7%, and 54% for the environmental, cost, and aesthetic factors, respectively. ■ Published a research paper entitled "“Building Information Modelling (BIM)-based Generative Design for Drywall Installation Planning in Prefabricated Construction” to the Journal of Advances in Civil Engineering. ■ Developed the UX interface of a web application, "Tasting". My associates and I grew more than 50 business partnerships and marketed the project idea in the region. ■ I worked developing a Customs-Trade Partnership against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Re-Certification to improve Longust Distributing Inc's security system. ■ In team collaboration, I conducted a Supply Chain Risk Assessment and developed an action plan against security vulnerabilities in the process. ■ Collaborated on creating a Security Internal Manual based on existing security protocols to stipulate more accurate and legible procedures within the company. ■ Trained all the personnel in the warehouse of Anaheim, California, regarding the Internal Security Protocols based on the C-TPAT guidelines.

■ In collaboration with the engineering team, conducted root cause failure analysis of Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) such as ESP, PCP, BP in "La CIRA INFANTAS" field in favor of understanding the well’s behavior, mitigate failures, and reduce overall expenses. ■ Consolidated and standardized all "LA CIRA INFANTAS" field’s historical data to obtain more accurate and structured information using Excel. ■ To optimize the oil production systems, I supported engineering control processes such as monitoring wellbore failures and monitoring ALS operation and production parameters. Also, I conducted economic analyses to evaluate the feasibility of well interventions.
