As Senior Manager for Latin America at Nissan, I lead the strategy and execution of IT Operations, Corporate Architecture, and Industrial Systems, ensuring technological alignment with business objectives throughout the region. I am responsible for a comprehensive portfolio that includes on-premises and cloud infrastructure, information security, and systems innovation for industrial plants and logistics operations. I manage the largest budget within the IT structure in Latin America and lead a multifunctional team of approximately 50 professionals distributed across 4 countries in South America. My responsibilities involve defining technological roadmaps, managing strategic suppliers, and implementing digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and supporting Nissan's growth in the region. Recently, I led the migration of all mission-critical infrastructure to the cloud and significantly expanded the processing capacity of the manufacturing environment in Brazil. I have been recognized multiple times by Nissan's Global CIO for excellence in service and individual performance, reflecting the positive impact of the initiatives under my leadership.

During my tenure at Ouro Verde, I was responsible for the complete management of IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of systems critical to the fleet management and asset rental business. I led the IT team in optimizing processes and modernizing components of the technological infrastructure, preparing the company for future challenges of growth and innovation in the sector.

As Director of Processes and Information Technology at Britânia, I led a wide range of strategic initiatives, covering everything from production control and supply chain to marketing, sales, after-sales, finance, and administrative domains. I was the main architect of the company's digital transformation, managing a significant IT budget and leading a team of 25 professionals. My responsibilities included business process reengineering, the implementation of new technological platforms, e-commerce operation, and strategic IT planning aligned with Britânia's expansion objectives.

In my role as CIO of Renault Brazil and Head of IT for Manufacturing and Supply Chain in Latin America, I was responsible for implementing the Global/Regional IT strategy for Renault's largest operation in the region, Brazil. I managed the largest annual IT budget in Latin America and led an IT organization with over 40 direct and indirect employees, distributed among Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. My responsibilities ranged from the technological infrastructure of factories and offices to corporate systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), Business Intelligence solutions, and cybersecurity for all operations in Brazil. At the LATAM level, I defined and implemented the IT strategy for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas, standardizing processes and systems in 4 industrial plants and distribution centers.

Led the process to merge IT strategy with business. Defined financial models to evaluate which projects should be supported by the company. Standardized the flow of monitoring and management of IT indicators, linked to corporate management indicators.

Managed an operation with more than 8,200 workstations, 400 servers and several outsourcing contracts. Worked directly with Nissan North America, Nissan Japan and Renault France, setting operational standards and managing global IT projects.
