Monteur, gewerkt met Volkswagen/Audi personenauto's. Laatste half jaar op de Express Service, de snelservice van VW/Audi.

* Verantwoordelijk voor alle after-sales gerelateerde zaken. * 2 man personeel aansturen. * Zorg dragen voor de garantieafwikkeling met de fabrikanten. * Productverbeteringen uitwerken. * Trainingen en technische documentatie schrijven. * Storingen oplossen en rapporteren naar de fabrikanten. * Klachtenafwikkeling van particulieren en het dealer-netwerk. * Boekhouding van de afdeling, rapporteren naar het management. * Lid van het Management-team.
