Jorie Beshilas

Impact Advisors is a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm dedicated to improving healthcare through process improvement and technology. I was hired as the first designated Campus Recruiter to build and lead campus recruiting initiatives at 15 universities across the country. I was responsible for hiring entry-level consultants and summer interns across four teams, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and creating a robust orientation and training program.

Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout North America. I had the opportunity to intern with the Talent Aquisition team, working 30+ hours weekly, while a full-time student. I was responsible for supporting a team of 12 corporate recruiters through candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, candidate experience, and interview process improvement.

I was chosen out of a selection of 90 students to return the following semester as a Teaching Intern for an elective Communications course: CMN 396-Applied Organizational Communications. I was responsible for creating engaging curriculum, leading a semester long course project, and answering student questions in a timely manner.

Watson Dwyer is a women owned staffing firm started in Chicago. I had the opportunity to assist the Director of Staffing with sourcing and interviewing initiatives for temporary and permanent positions.
