I manage clients of the wholesale channel and drugstores, building, leading and executing trade strategies that lead to the development of the clients accounts, updating and analyzing the main indicators and maintaining a healthy portfolio, to guarantee compliance with the sales, distribution and market share budget and profitability. I am in charge of the north coast, eje cafetero, and pacific coast, and I led the national supermarket project.

I guarantee compliance with the strategies of over-the-counter drug brands such as Enterogermina, Allegra, Buscapina, Gelicart, Bisolvon in chain and independent drugstores with the most potential on the Caribbean coast to ensure products rotation. I implement regional strategies to achieve sales and transfer objectives. I develop my team to guarantee excellence in the execution of the distribution, exhibition and recommendation of the portfolio in each Point of Sale.

I supervise, coordinate and disseminate the correct implementation of the Trade Marketing strategy, ensuring the proper use of the cooler park and guaranteeing the correct execution of the market plans, achieving growth in it.

I assist the Corporate HR Management in processing information from all inter-companies in Latin America. In charge of the Training Project.

Ensure the achievement of production objectives in the Assembly and Trimming area through team development.

Responsible for monitoring and controlling the training of new hires and active personnel. Study and propose improvements in current training processes. Provide support in the operational management of the Human Resources area / Talent Attraction and Development.
