* Worked on a number of projects within political sensitive environments: * As an advisor and projectmanager at CAK (Health insurance): design of business process and implementation of a casemanagement system * As an advisor at Fortis Bank (Brokerage, Clearing and Custody): advising Fortis how to deal with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) for the shorter and longer term. Fortis Bank owned a huge number of critical information systems that needed to transform. The challenge was how to stay operational while transforming IT inline with their (future) business goals. * As a designer/advisor at UWV. Designing business processes for the new insurance-administration for all Dutch citizins. * As an projectleader at CWI. Coordination of the design of new functionality for werk.nl, the new virtual labourmarket in the Netherlands * As an projectleader at Ministery of Justice. Coordination of a definition study for a new archive system.

* Worked on a number of projects: * As an auditor at Probiblio (full service provider for libraries in the Netherlands). Main focus was the coordination of an audit to measure the performance of the helpdesk. * As a projectmanager at Versatel (Telecom provider). Main focus was managing the implementation of ADSL in the Netherlands * As a Changemanager at KPN (Telecom provider). In this project I was introducing a complete new concept (ASP (Application Service Providing)) to the office environment of KPN.

Worked as a projectleader at Arbeidsvoorziening (UWV) to coordinate design and implementation of ITIL processess (Incidenthandling and Reporting) within large IT Department.
