Do Samples and capability studies of incoming tools. Visit vendors to do FAT of new equipment purchases and tool qualifications in Korea. Recommend and instruct on tool modifications according to scientific molding rules. I have also held several positions within the company as shift supervisor, ordering and maintaining the injection units on the molding machines. I have closely worked with the Molding Manager on several other task as required to keep the department staffed and metrics on performance overall. I was recently moved to the extrusion department and have began my development in that area of the business for the Toro Co, Have been transferred back to the molding department (2/2019) leading 2 new projects with technology never before used at this facility. 1) Water Injection using PME water injection technology. 2) 2 shot molding on an Engel 1900 Duo w/CC300 controller utilizing turn table/cube molding.
