In my previous experience, as CEO of a large investments platform, I was directly responsible for designing and running business processes from distribution channels with high level of sophistication to operations and technology support activities. I had the amazing opportunity to lead high-performance teams in businesses that reached top market share. In asset management, I acted as CIO for pension fund firms and insurance firms in Chile, Argentina and Brazil. I grabbed along the way deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, technical details and implementation challenges. My team and I reached outstanding performance and effective risk control in normal times and under real-life stress scenarios.
