As manager of the Operation Department, I was in charge of the logistic of all the tour and activities that involves transportation, tour guides, entrance fees, special authorizations, operation timing etc. I was also in charge of the Itinerary and vouchers of the customers; I was in charge the Re-confirmation of the reservations and services. In addition, I was always looking for new products and places, extreme activities and new hotels; I charge the site inspections to verify the quality and service of the Hotels, restaurants and providers; monitoring all the activities of the customers day by day to ensure that they experience was the best;evaluation of the tour guides and drivers. Finally I also guide when was necessary.
