Innovations in maritime freight transportation and logistics have the potential to change the world. Just as a simple standard for the construction of a box led to the explosion of global trade, current advancements in digital technologies have the potential to impact commerce in a similar way. I am driven to be proactively involved in the development of the new technologies and business models that will allow international trade to become easier, faster, cheaper and more sustainable and transparent. With this aim, I like to continue to expand on my technical knowledge of both technology and logistics, and use it to imagine, design, develop and implement solutions that reduces the friction for the flow of cargo and information.
