National responsibility for logistics, warehouse, and operational management for the Group: Demolitions and Earthworks, Geotechnics, Civil Works and Infrastructure, Public Works, Energy, Technology, Mining, and DVC - De Vicente Constructora and Consortia. Focus on productivity, process reengineering, KPI/SLA development, asset, import, transport, and warehouse management. Oversight of investment, project, and expense budgets. Reporting to General Management.

- Managed end-to-end WH Operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch) based on project needs. - Implemented methodologies and data analytics for operations/logistics/warehouse control. - Joint development and implementation of SSOMAC management in warehouses. - Key User in SAP BO implementation (Logistics and cross-functional). - Developed and implemented new SAP BO Material Masters. - Implemented Hilti OnTrack! for asset, equipment, and tool management.

Planning, control and execution of import, purchasing and operations processes. Responsible of management and operations in warehouse, local and national distribution, productivity of assigned resources, continuous improvement and infrastructure projects. - Development of model for demand projection and MRP for imports. - Processes reengineering in supply chain, storage, distribution, layout and inventories control. - Purchases management and distribution optimization, methodology for control process and KPI's, - Project: WMS implementation with SAP B1. Flows and processes development.

Responsible of management, control, budgets and operation in warehouses of finished product, working assets, raw materials, supplies and spare parts. Management of the load processes, Damage of FP - Solid Waste, Performance and Productivity of own and third assigned resources, Continuous improvement projects, Operations and infrastructure at national level. - Redesign and optimization of national warehouses LayOut. - Methodology / KPI's implementation for: - Management, control and optimization of distribution process. - Turning Assets Control (mass balance, current account and balance letter). - Budgets management and control at national level by packages, accounts and cost centers. - Reengineering of processes in the supply chain, warehouses and inventories control. - Integral development of the implementation project for WMS in finished product warehouse. - Projects: Palletized load, capacity increase for distribution, warehouses and distribution center design

Analysis and implementation of process and controls improvements for the warehouse management, determination of KPIs, utilization - yield and productivity of assigned resources, average time of attention to transport units, inventory rotation and budget management of logistics costs. Participation in project to standardize virtual warehouses in SAP and use of states by process. Tools design to determine loses ratios by ADC, and reduce the impact in budget for the replacement of operating stock. Participation in the development of strategic tools (MRP, MPS, Layout, PNP) that will support the requirement, allocation and use of resources to start operations at Pucusana Plant.

Responsible of logistics and distribution operations in the warehouses of the 03 plants located in Lima and Callao, as well as the management of external warehouses for all divisions of the company Closures (caps) / Industrial (bags) / Injection and Recycling. Implementation of 5S , SAP management for batch determination, processes and controls in inventory management, identification and reduction of stocks with low turnover, external warehouses optimization, control tools for indicators, use of warehouses and distribution units, sales accompaniment and budget control of logistics costs and assigned resources

Huachipa Plant Logistics Supervisor (finished product, working assets, raw material and supplies) with Internal distribution center, responsible for planning, process management and operations in the area. Budget management for logistics costs, coordination with companies providing services (rental of forklifts and warehouse assistants). Analysis of problems and application of PDCA method; Development of tools for Indicator Management. Responsible for indicators of Security, People & Management and Quality at Logistics Operations.

Production Control and Planning Analyst (PCP), responsible for the programming of lines for beer, soft drink and PET bottles, with results evaluation in Service Level, Stock Policy, Employee Capital and Summer Plan. Analysis & Accompaniment to sales negotiations and commercial actions. Stock management for maintenance modules, analysis of factory capacity and simulators development.

Responsible for Control & Information of management in warehouse of finished product and internal distribution center, distribution operations and area indicators. Analysis of results of daily inventory and conciliation in system, review of storage and product rotation according to company standards, development of tools to accompany product age (freshness), dispatch lots and distribution of stocks. Attention to production lines receiving / sending packaging, addressing and storage of finished products.
