As CFO of LATAM, I'm leading all the financial aspects for our operations in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador and Israel with a team of 75 professionals. My responsabilties includes: issue financial statements under USGAAP, business control, budgetting and financial planning, tax compliance and tax planning and treasury. I work closely to the CEO of the company evaluating the profitability of the new businesses and looking all the time for new ways to increase the value of our business and improving our processes.

Codere Mexico is the leading company in the gaming industry in Mexico with more than 90 halls over all the mexican territory. Codere Mexico is subsidiary of Codere Spain. I was the CFO of the mexican operation since 2003. As a CFO, I was in charge for the reporting to the headquarters in Spain, issue financial statements under IFRS, tax compliance and tax planning and the budget control and tax planning. I oversees all the capital expenditure for the new halls and also the maintenance as well as evaluate all the new projects for the company.
