o Assigned in 2020 to GDL as site leader to implement a new Operating model. o Responsible of 600K sq.ft facility and 4200 employees. o Talent hired to support all levels in the organization and built a culture of contribution mindset. o Main responsibility to support our sales/profit growth from year 2020 (150M usd) to 500M usd by 2024. o Total restructure with new mental model to support the growth for next 3 years. o Support 10 Different Business Units with inclusion of 15 Segments. o Develop a new NPI strategy. o Improve and bring new Capabilities and Competitive advantages. o Develop and strength our management team to create new leaders into the organization, (Talent Development). o Improve our profit reducing Manufacturing Variances to have better NIAT and EBITDA. o Member of Global Management Team. o Financial risk thinking in all levels.

o Assigned in 2011 to PHL as leader to select a proper land, design and build a new manufacturing facility for Molex. o Responsible to build 192,000 sq. ft facility for around 4000 people, starting Operations by March 2013. o Talent acquisition hired to support all levels in the organization. o Main responsibility to became profitable within short period as record achieved in our organization. o Responsible to manage 3200 people. o Implemented Molex Culture to growth through people to achieve quality excellence, growing profit. o Successfully ramped up revenue during the first 5 yrs. to reach 132M usd/yr. o Improved year over year record on financial performance. o Best in class operations for the last 4 consecutive yrs. o Responsible to develop Lean-Sigma blackbelts, Lean belts to achieve savings as part of continues improvement culture. o 2M USD cost savings Lean-Sigma projects yr. o Quality and environmental management systems implemented and cost reductions quality improvements o Conducted extensive analysis of 3-year global business development plan, including performing gap analysis to ensure operational capabilities could support future needs. o Implemented the use of detailed P&L and activity-based costing models. o Risk thinking assessment model.

Assigned to PHL in 2011 to built a new facility of 200,000 sq.ft size. Responsible of 100% recruitment and start Operations by 2013.

Responsible to drive and execute all about of operations activities, Production, Engineering, Maintenance, NPI, Transfers products from other entities, Lean and 6 Sigma Improvements, Support quality Engineers, Cost reductions & Expenses, 1400 direct labor employees and over 90 Indirect People. Cable harnesses Automotive Parts, PCBA, SMT, Copper Flex Circuits, RF, Membrane Switch, High Performance Cables, Fiber Optics, Mechanical Assemblies, Over-mold, High Speed cable, Samples and Prototypes.
