Production Management of the Transformers assembly line

Stablish for new projects introduction equipment investment, startup, parameters and process definition, layout, flow chart and system set up. Reports to my position 2 Manufacturing engineer, 1 Industrial engineer, 2 Technical engineer, and 4 technicians.

• Development and introduction of new products to production line to customers as Mabe, Whirlpool, Electrolux, BSH, GE. • Financial projects control. • Reports to my position 2 Project leaders, 5 designers, and 4 support employees

PRODUCTION MANAGER (MAY 2010 – MAY 2017) • Responsible for the production and manufacturing of 6 assembly lines with an invoicing of 25 MUSD (2017) in High Voltage and Transformers area. • Complete the production transfer line in conjunction with ABB Sweden and India and the integration of Transformers division with High Voltage. • Reports to my position 2 manufacturing engineer, 6 supervisors, 1 process engineer, 80 blue collar employees and 4 trainee. HEAD OF PRODUCTION – MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (MAY 2008 – MAY 2010) • Transfer of 4 assembly lines from ABB USA (3) and ABB Italy (1). • In charge of planning, production and manufacturing of High Voltage area with an average invoicing of 5 MUSD annually in the period

• Customer service of Whirlpool & GE ensuring the supply of demand through production planning, reporting to my position 1 production planner, 3 supervisors and 50 operators on the assembly lines. • Production planner on the printing and assembly lines with direct report of 5 supervisors and 50 operators

• Management and control of all sport activities in the campus including classes, internal tournaments, representative teams, and sport events with budget administration. Direct reports in the period of 22 employees considering coaches, teachers and support employees.
