Currently leading Business Development worldwide, Operations, and Product Management of IoT QoS solution with focus on providing high value solutions mainly to Automotive, eHealth, and POS manufacturing markets.

Leaded the integration process of Swiss Mobility Solutions into Gemalto, working closely with other verticals to find product synergies and define a unified go to market strategy. Managed QoX Marketing team, in charge of product strategy, competitive analysis, definition of pricing models, and marketing communication campaigns. Active participation as speaker in congresses around the world.

Co-Founder of Swiss Mobility Solutions playing key role on the establishment of the main company office in Alicante. Initially worked very closely with R&D as Product & Marketing manager on the design and development of a new Quality of Experience solution. Managed Business Development in Latam region, contributing to 50% annual growth by landing over 30 customers in 3 years, including lead MNOs such America Movil & Movistar. Key role on company acquisition process leading to a successful exit into Gemalto in 2014.

Creation and execution of business plan to establish SwissQual in CALA region. Manage and follow up all major accounts in the region, with a lead role on becoming market leaders in CALA by winning projects in over 15 countries. Creation of a new company structure to manage CALA market thru local offices.

Sales and Account Manager of SwissQual QoS mobile testing products for Spain & Portugal. Development and execution of growth strategy for Iberia Peninsula market, achieving 300% growth in just 2 years with close to 100% market share in 2006. Worked very closely with Marketing department in order to align products to local market needs.

Development of technical specifications for all the new products in SwissQual used for test and validation of new generation mobile networks. Definition and management of roadmaps. Conducted strategic product and market analysis in the areas of Quality of Service, Optimization, and Benchmarking of wireless networks. Active contribution on opening new markets for the company, such as Middel East, South East Asia, and Australia.

Managed test and validation process of all new SwissQual QoS products. In charge of making technical recommendations to R&D on new features & provided training courses all around the world on the usage of measurement tools for wireless networks.

Managed product support team in CALA region. Report back to Marketing department all technical needs coming from CALA market. Provided technical training to all customers in CALA market.

Problem diagnosis and resolution. Pre-sales and post-sales support for CWT Benchmarking and Optimization products. Conducted installations and training of test & measurement solutions for CDMA, TDMA, and AMPS mobile networks.
