● Performs accurate testing and evaluation of operating generating units’ performance and energy conversion efficiency, identification and quantification of recoverable energy losses, development of various options for energy loss recovery and recommendations for power plant performance improvement and optimization. ● Responsible for trend analysis of geothermal steam/brine availability (and/or decline rate), quality deviations from geothermal fluid specifications (in collaboration with laboratory analytics), geothermal power plant facility operations, and recommend an optimal generating unit configuration, MW dispatch, and standby reserve generating unit capacity, all to optimize electricity production availability, improve steam rate / thermal efficiency and reduce specific operating cost electricity production (pesos/kWh). ● Regularly provides technical reports on geothermal fluid availability trends, plant and steam field facility performance, electricity energy production, and reliability losses.

● Coordinates with other organizational units within the company and other private and public institutions and regulatory bodies regarding scheduled power interruption ● Implements correction and maintenance activities of overhead facilities to improve reliability performance ● Analyze and Design unplanned maintenance activities ● Conduct studies/research and planning to determine strategic locations of special line equipment to bring about improvements in switching procedures ● Supervises the conduct of monthly PM/CM of switchgear and substation equipment ● Team Lead during the power restoration in Camarines Sur (CASURECO I) and Catanduanes (FICELCO) after the super typhoon Rolly and Ullyses (2020). ● Project Manager of the Sitio Electrification Program (2021), handled the design, outsourcing, execution, and energization of 12 sitios throughout the franchise area of SORECO II.

● Taal Eruption Power Restoration Lead (January 2020) - Lead the power restoration team of Silang and Tagaytay, Cavite during the power outage caused by the Mt. Taal Eruption last January 12, 2020. ● IMPLEMENTATION OF OVERHEAD DISTRIBUTION MAINTENANCE - Identify, prepare and manage overhead line jobs involving prearranged interruptions - Manage overhead distribution project implementation: (1) installation of primary and secondary poles, wires and service drops; (2) installation and banking of distribution transformers, including load centering and load splitting projects. - Project Lead, installation of Special Voltage Transformers in Tanza, Cavite (13.8kV/20.0kV) in preparation for major substation system upgrade in the area. - Project Member, upgrading of Tagaytay primary voltage distribution line from 13.8kV to 34.5kV - Project Lead, Meralco Electrification Program in two barangays in Batangas City. Completed the project one week ahead of schedule.
