I support O’Donnell/Snider Construction by building and sustaining strong talent pipelines across our commercial construction operations, with a particular focus on early-career and university-driven hiring. In my role, I own full-cycle recruiting while also developing structured programs that support growth from Intern → Project Engineer → Project Manager. This includes leading university partnerships, managing intern and early-career experiences, and collaborating closely with operations and People Services leadership to align talent strategy with business needs. I’m especially passionate about creating meaningful entry points into the construction industry—through mentorship, hands-on exposure, and clearly defined development paths.
