Field Service Representative CAT UK - National

- Work closely with the CAT Sales Manager and UK Marketing Manager to assist with strategy planning how the brand will look within the UK market place. - Establish a rapport with UK key multiple accounts at all levels (HO & retail) to ensure maximum visibility and a consistency of brand communications in conjunction with the brands strategy of 'winning at retail'. - Develop and deliver training clinics and seminars to inform store managers and staff of the features and benefits of the products and brand. - Carry out store checks for POS, ensure visual merchandising and display support available from CAT is being fully utilised. Place and update POS in store when and where necessary. - Work closely with Marketing Manager to support the seasonal POS needs for the brand. Assist with the organising of POS production and delivery to key accounts and independents. - Act as an ambassador for the brand; provide market date updates on a regular basis and constantly look out for opportunities and possibilities for the benefit of the brand and grow the business. Reports via weekly/monthly processes on activities under taken for the specified time scale. - Communicate regularly with sales force regarding field trips and give feedback to support the sales efforts. - Observe, monitor and report trends in fashion, acting as a conduit between the high street and head office. - Fully involved within the marketing and sales teams of the brand. - Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager.

Running Specialist
-Offer specialist advice and service to customers on running footwear. -Offer specialist advice and service to customers on running apparel. -Offer specialist advice and service to customers on running accessories. -Manage the daily running of the store which also included working as Store Manager for the Nottingham branch between 2013 and 2014 -Manage all aspects of Social Media marketing and website updates/enquiries. - Manage all other forms of marketing including race day events, design banners and other equipment used to market the store on race day, e.g. leaflets, posters, business cards. - Create a monthly newsletter to be sent out and manage the database of e-mails. Send out any information regarding new events, products and competitions in store to drive sales. - Help in the organising and running of events associated to the shop. - Create new business opportunities by forming partnerships with other local business, sports clubs, gyms, schools, colleges and universities.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Manage the daily running of the occupational therapy office including all administration duties - Manage a case load of students with a range of physical and mental disabilities. Work with them on previously identified occupational tasks that they would like to improve on in order to become more independent, from finding ways for them to brush their own teeth to making a simple meal. - Utilise the college IT and occupational therapy filing system to record all contact with students accurately. - Mange the Independent Travel Training programme. Assist pupils on travelling independently and help them to determine and overcome barriers that will allow them to travel safely alone. - Work closely with partners at Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County Council to obtain free bus passes' and other benefits for all students. - Form partnerships with Occupational Therapy professionals from other specialist schools and college and plan a training day for all to attend. Look after the costings of the event ensuring that everything needed for the day is not over budget. - Design and deliver a moving and handling training plan that senior members of the care team could implement across the college ensuring that all staff are trained to the same level, following the same procedures.
