29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Headquarters:  Responsible for Enterprise Services for 600+ personnel across 5 separate entities including Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server management.  Administrator for Integrated Mission Command Systems (MCS) and network integration for enterprise-level communication delivery mechanisms Battle Command Common Services (BCCS), Satellite Transport Terminal (STT) and Joint Network Node (JNN).  Served as expert for specialized military systems for various warfighting functions including Command Post of the Future (CPOF) Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), Air Missile Defense War System (AMDWS), and Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS).  Demonstrated knowledge in cross domain solutions and complex server troubleshooting with the Data Dissemination Service (DDS) and core server components.  Configured and administered Colorless, Unclassified and Classified WAN/LAN network services on Cisco, Brocade, and Dell Routers and Switches  Experienced in dynamic Satellite communications procedures with WIN-T systems and connections to the Army Regional Hub Node (RHN)  Trained and certified 79 personnel on core functional processes with communication node management  Executed OS WIN-10 transition for 200+ systems in conjunction with VOIP implementation across 5 separate entities to expand and enhance communication  Base level knowledge on Communications Security mechanisms, IT program management, IT Project Management, inventory, procurement, and overall leadership

➢ Monitors network availability, bandwidth utilization and performance on production systems across a total of 9 different enclaves and over 2000 network devices ➢ Develops scripts and related network tools to document and automate data-collection of networking components, and relevant network device configurations ➢ Designs, develops, and implements approved LAN/WAN/crypto CSfC architectures to support data integration plans and follow Multi-Site Connectivity Capability Package (MSCCP) and Mobile Access Capability Package (MACP) standards ➢ Provides Tier-2&3 support to network-related issues. Navy Marine Corps Intranet:  Responsible for router and switch configuration providing uninterrupted network connectivity for Navy and Marine Corps entities and on-site technicians  Provided onsite and emergency support to the Network Operations Center tackling a variety of dynamic and complex issues  Effectively managed tier 1 and 2 enterprise help desk operations and trouble tickets leveraging technical expertise and customer service communication skills  Implemented security policy guidance in accordance with NISPOM and NIST directives and Information Assurance Vulnerabilities Management (IAVM) messages including details port management across multiple systems and servers  Responsible for incident and change management tickets on HP Service Manager leveraging several applications and process management to enhance productivity  Trained new employees on proper use of all tools required for Network Operations Center initiatives and mentored them encouraged them to perform above and beyond the standard
