About

As a research scientist with psychology background, I really enjoy research work in usability and user experience fields, especially exploration of mobile user experience.I love to lead teams to meet target users and figure out their real requirements within various contexts with all qualitative and quantitative skills. I am pretty proud to inspire and help designers make nice decisions and I believe user-centered research & design is the right approach to offer better solutions for people's life. Meanwhile, as a former surgeon of maxillofacial, I received 5-year medical professional training program. With the big rise of smart wearable devices, individualized healthcare trend and changes of doctors' practice environment in China, I've been paying more and more attention to medical service design research and trying to apply psychology theories and service design practices into healthcare field. All these efforts will connect the dots of different backgrounds in my life and It is the right time for me to do this right things!
