Specialised in placing developers across .Net, CMS, CRM and Front End technologies on a contract / interim basis. I built a very strong network of candidates spanning these areas and developed a solid understanding of software development. In addition to those areas I also gained experience and understanding of Business Intelligence technologies having worked with Developers, DBAs and Architects.

Working with Portsmouth Mediation Service as a marketing assistant it was my role to try and promote the service and market what it can offer to outside its usual target audience. My job involved me working within a small team contacting and talking to organisations in order to raise awareness of the service.

As part of my degree I successfully acquired a one year internship with GE Aviation in the department of ‘New Business’. Within this role I worked on an international scale on a daily basis as part of a global sales team to help win potential business we were looking to secure. This involved tracking current opportunities, taking QMI (quick market intelligence) updates from sales leads from across the globe and conducting market research. My role also enabled me to get involved in other areas such as tracking additional risks and opportunities to the business, putting together sales forecasts and other bespoke projects. Whilst working at GE Aviation I also got involved in a number of areas outside of my role including becoming a committee member for sport on the board, becoming a STEM ambassador, working on six sigma projects, conducting market research abroad, volunteering in schools and running the companies football team.
