Assist taking student loan applications over the phone, providing next to steps to finalize a student loan, answer all general inquiry questions provide information to customer regarding relevant products and interest rates, follow all procedures and policies mandated by the Consumer Lending & Banking Operations, Provide excellent customer service every phone call, help move applications forward in the loan process, read all legal disclosures that are relevant to the customer.

Assist with helping customers opening a high yield savings accounts or certificate of deposits, advised customer of what current annual percentage yields are at, viewing and processing back office work, which include: New account forms w-9, W-2 forms, name change authorization forms, etc. Transferring funds for customers, providing high level of service and professionalism, documenting all action taken on accounts per customer, following all policies and procedures set by the Federal Reserve.
