My journey in the recruiting world began as a junior technical recruiter, in which I was tasked with sourcing and maintaining a high-volume pipeline of candidates for diverse technical and functional consulting roles, and was able to hone my ability to identify and engage with exceptional talent in the IT industry. My next role within Cognizant fostered my sourcing growth by upskilling my experience within executive sourcing across the globe, in which I identified dynamic leaders ranging from Director to Executive Vice President level for Cognizant's corporate needs and major business units. Currently, as part of a promotion, I serve as a Global Talent Strategy Sourcing Team Lead for a small group of sourcers supporting Cognizant's Global Talent Fulfillment Solutions Centers of Excellence - which includes niche Sales, Corporate and Consulting roles. My approach is both strategic and personalized, ensuring that I not only meet the hiring needs of my clients, but also help candidates find their perfect fit. I am proficient in leveraging advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Bullhorn and Beamery, to streamline the sourcing and recruitment process and maintain robust candidate relationships.
