I continuously learn and seek new experiences to further develop my skills and knowledge in a variety of fields. I bring over fifteen years experience coaching and leading teams from eight to thirty people. My experiences are mostly from the marine industry with some additional knowledge of construction, operations, property management, and project management. I have had full budgetary responsibilities of up to approximately $4M. I am proactive and strong in character. I seek to improve not only the businesses but the people within it. I am approachable and sensitive to individual needs, with diverse backgrounds. I encourage others to be their best and lead by example. I source innovative projects and solutions to meet opportunities and challenges. I have experience implementing technological integration to various operations on the customer view, employee view and share/stakeholders through dashboard reporting. I have experience implementing the most up to date practices in workplace safety from policies & procedures, facility & infrastructure maintenance, or equipment preventative maintenance.
