* Coordinate, liaise and negotiate with different insurance company with regards to pricing and service agreement and contracts. * Implement and educate the team with regards to insurance protocols and guidelines as per agreements. * Prepares and checks insurance invoices and claims for submission and re-submissions. * Follow-up outstanding accounts from insurance companies and ensure collections are collected in a timely and accurate manner. * In-charge for new system software upgrading, updates and implementation * Performs secretarial and receptionist task such as accommodating patients, preparation of files, preparation and finalization of patients bill, answering telephone calls and patient’s queries and medical records filing.

* Empower rules and regulations of the warehouse * Develops and recommends new policy and improvements * Monitor and check daily deliveries in and out * Coordinate with the management regarding incoming shipment * Monitor warehouse cleanliness and orderliness * Perform weekly and monthly inventories * Submit monthly inventories and daily reports * Performs semi-annual evaluation of each personnel * Conduct field inspection and audit inventory * Coordinates with respective store supervisor for the solution of inventory discrepancies * Submit report of physical inventories and discrepancy findings * Notification of discrepancies to store supervisors and office management * Monitoring of outlets with overstocking * Compute and prepare monthly incentives for each sales staff.
