Leading Adyen’s security services and advisory group, consisting of Security Partners, Offensive Security and People Security.

Leading Adyen’s Product Security team. The Product Security team is responsible for security due diligence for Adyen products, including threat modelling, risk assessments, CI/CD, key management and security testing.

Joost assisted large client in maintaining their closed loop payment scheme, including CNP offerings. Furthermore responsible for the payment security and key management offerings. Lead the crypto team at Deloitte. Joost was responsible for the day-planning of 40 Deloitte cyber risk professionals. Boardmember and founder of Deloitte’s LGBT+-initiative.

Joost works for a client in the field of Key Management and PCI. Joost is the founder and a boardmember of Deloitte's LGBT+ network, GLOBE.

Joost works within the Hacking team, where he is specialized in Cryptography. Furthermore he is facilitating courses on Cryptography and Malware Analysis. He manages the Hacking for Charity project, where the Deloitte Hacking team performs free of charge penetration tests for charitable institutions. Furthermore, he is one of the founders of the Dutch LGBT-initiative GLOBE.

Joost has been a voluntary discussion host on sexual and gender diversity for 4 years. In this time he was the main point of contact for several schools and involved in planning.

Joost wrote his research thesis for the Kerckhoff's master at Deloitte. The title of his thesis was "Security Evaluation of Mobile Device Management solutions". He graduated with an 8/10.

Joost has worked at two franchises owned by NS Stations. First he was a sales employee and was promoted to First Assistant in 2010. His responsibilities ranged from increasing customer experience to creating the weekly schedule. Joost obtained several certificates via NS Stations, including: Company First Aid and Leadingship.

Joost was involved with the “Bèta 1-on-1” program. For three years he coached high school students in picking study that suits their needs. The program had a special focus on increasing the amount of Bèta students.
