Systems engineering: Led full vehicle mechanical design and architecture using CATIA V5 and Solidworks Technical Oversight: Directed the design of electronics, powertrain, and software systems, ensuring reliable communication. Simulation & Validation: Conducted risk assessments and validated critical designs through CFD and FEM analyses to optimize aerodynamic efficiency and structural strength. Manufacturing: Managed solar car component production including composite mold design and part manufacturing, MIG/TIG welding, CNC machining and PCBA Strategic Engineering Management: Led a 30 person engineering department by establishing technical milestones, managing recruitment through technical interviews, and implementing OKR methodologies to align team goals with project timelines. Operational Logistics & Budgeting: Managed multi-year budgets and complex international logistics, including the strategic packing and transport of the vehicle for the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge. Achievements: 2nd place in the World Solar Challenge 2025 Cruiser class 30% efficiency increase and 20% mass reduction from Solaride 2 Solaride’s first car with load bearing carbon fiber composites.

Designed, developed, and manufactured a high-performance battery pack for the Solaride II solar car, with the main focus being on safety, energy density and reliability. This project highlighted my expertise in engineering, collaboration, and sustainability, contributing to Solaride II's mission. I led strategic planning, rigorous testing, and regulatory compliance for seamless battery pack integration.
