As a certified project management professional and an agile practitioner, I lead and deliver projects that align with the client's vision, goals, and needs, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and agility. My core competencies include business development, business process redesign, program management, strategy and operations, and data analysis. I leverage my expertise in behavioral economics to design and implement solutions that influence and improve human behavior and decision-making. I also use data-driven insights to measure and optimize the performance and impact of the solutions.
