Pure Telecom is an award-winning independent “total communications” solution provider. I act as first line support for customers on VOIP systems, Broadband, Ethernet and Leased Line queries. Within this role I maintain and configure customers VOIP systems, liaise with 3rd party suppliers regarding faults and escalate where appropriate. I coordinate and implement new system installations, working with engineers, suppliers and customers to arrange delivery of new networks. My role involves completing monthly accounting duties such as bill analysis for customers to ensure billing is correct for their products and resolve queries. Alongside this i run monthly reports for senior management, and provide further support in this area. During my time at Pure Telecom I have also focused on mobile related queries such as processing new business, mobile billing queries, reporting and tariff analysis and handset support

Within this role I recruited Healthcare Assistants and Nurses into Care Establishments. I guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial introductions to booking in interviews and conducting referencing checks, and then managed the staff in the Shropshire and South West regions . Alongside this I managed the recruitment and training budget and process as a whole nationally, and reported this back to Senior Management I looked after the teams Social Media and promote our business to the online HCA community, engaging with existing and new candidates. I conducted regular reviews with our Care Establishments partners to ensure staff levels and expectations were being met and further business opportunities are being developed.

I specialised in sourcing candidates across the Shropshire region, working with exceptional clients within the Office Support, Human Resources, Senior Finance and Non-Qualified Finance sectors. My primary focus was to partner with candidates and clients, using the depth and breadth of my expertise and market knowledge to ensure we make the unique match that makes individuals, companies and industries flourish.

This role allowed me to gather experience of working on key corporate account clients across numerous sectors, covering temporary and contract recruitment. Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from developing resource strategies for the roles, sourcing candidates, right through to offer stage in line with the client’s requirements and the demand plan.

* Processing Investments for members Investing through their Self Invested Personal Pension. * Handling queries from members and agents regarding the Investment process and providing updates. * Ensuring all paperwork has been completed correctly and then issueing to the Investment company. * Providing confirmation of the Investment being placed to both the member and the agent attached to the case.

* Taking inbound Business Customer calls. * Processing payments and handling queries regarding accounts and any linked accounts the customer may have. * Providing information on further products to customers that may be of benefit to the Business.
