Progressively assuming greater responsibility during my time with Creative, I was promoted to a Human Resources and Operations Officer. In this position, I was leading the implementation of HR process flow charts in accordance with both company and German Labor Law policies. I put in place effective and efficient HR management policies, clear deliverables, and professional development tracking. Additionally, I led the program's recruitment efforts—identifying and recruiting candidates as the program scaled up its staff from a team of 10 persons to a team of more than 20 persons during my time at the Berlin office.

In this role I worked closely with the Project Coordinator, providing day-to-day administrative support to a development project in the Middle East.

Localization & translation, proofreading and editing of messages and notifications from the European Commission; as well as websites, product specifications and travel related content, etc. German into Swedish; English into Swedish; Danish into Swedish.

Worked in a trilingual primary school, closely together with the main English teacher, assisting in the planning and leading of the class. Developing and executing different projects with the children as well as producing new teaching material.
