* Functional support to Ministry of Finance Informatization of the Treasury System Project in the following ORACLE Finance Application modules: Budget and Expenditure Management * Financial Accounting and Control * Cash management –Fixed Assets management – Procurement * Develop and execute data migration strategy * rollout of Treasury System to Ministry of Finance and Treasury Districts * Develop operational and training documentation for ToT as well as run trainings for Treasury Districts end users * Support of the productive Treasury System and end users on every-day activity.

* Process the accounting entries of daily financial transactions related to supplier service bills, duty travel entitlements, petty cash expenditures * Manage and reconciles the ORACLE cash accounts (sub-ledger/general ledger and physical cash) in two currencies for the Head Office * Process Account Analysis Reports and monthly Trial Balances Reports * Prepare clearance documents for HoM small projects Fund and other extra-budgetary funded projects, and enters into Oracle * Produce financial reports, periodically and upon request * Processes the staff payroll payment transactions with regard to BLA for International staff and salaries for the local staff.

September 2004: Participated in the workshop organized by the “YOUTH” Program on promotion of ideas for new projects that could be funded by SALTO Project. November 2004: Participated in the training course organized by SEED on “Business Management – Practical and Contemporary Overview”. December 2004: Participated in the training course organized by Procter & Gamble on “How to Market Yourself”. February 2005: Participated in the training course organized by Partners- Albania, Centre for Change and Conflict Management, Program financed by OSFA on “Community Social Change”.
