Led GC's international policy work, advising leading global technology, financial services and meda clients on the intersection of politics, policy and regulation. Resonsible for new business development, major thought leadership projects and day-to-day oversight of FTSE 100 accounts.

Led HMG work to optimise citizens and business readiness for changes resulting from the UK's exit from the EU, and to coordinate HMG communications.

Led the team which brokered the UK Government position on the FTA with the EU, and developed the position on the negotiations with the US, Australia and New Zealand.

Led the team coordinating Government policy and contingency planning for a 'No Deal' Brexit. From February to June 2019, led the team delivering the Cabinet committee on Covid strategy.

As Deputy Director, I led the Unit's work on strategy, performance monitoring and building capability across Government. As Acting Director, I worked with No.10, senior Minsters and Permanent Secretaries to expand and refocus the unit around a new set of core domestic policy priorities and metrics.

Led team of internal consultants working across the Department’s policy and operational agenda on priority projects for the Executive Board, including an organisation wide review leading to a four-year change programme.
