• Successfully lead and managed a team of 22 technical staffs for an overseas outdoor adventure exposure and experience event in Abu Dhabi, UAE for 60 days • Playing a pivotal role in setting up and building up the Corporate Training Wing, Horizons Training Pte Ltd. • Successfully trained in more than 30 programmes and developed more than 2000 participants from ranging from the age of 14-60 years old • Actively involved in researching and creation of new leadership and value-based programme • Introduction a series of new marketing strategies and training tools for improving company image • Constantly in engagement to maintain the good relationship with all clients and suppliers

• Fully accountable for the development and growth of the Company, manage to bring in over $80,000 revenue in first 3 months of official operation. • Actively involved in the training research, sales and marketing, client generating and doing actual training to participants • Successfully break the traditional way of running an outdoor education programme and break into the primary school, secondary school, Tertiary and non-profit organization. • Successfully developed a new training methodology and was acknowledged by Ministry of Education Outdoor Education Division in 2006 • Invited by Ministry of Education as workshop Speaker in MOE’s Outdoor Conference 2006, was the youngest speaker for the year at the age of 25. • Entrepreneurship and business achievement was recognized by Chinese Development and Assistance Councils (CDAC) as a “Success Story of Past Student of CDAC” in 2010 • Working in close conjunction with key client representative to develop training strategies that will benefit the students and equipping them with transferable, sustainable skill
