As a Sr. Counsel, I support sales deals for the Greater China area and all procurement deals for mainland China. I also advise on various legal issues related to Chinese laws including data protection, compliance, dispute resolution and intellectual property. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and mitigate actual risks. I believe in the First Principle and take it as my working baseline.I have a strong background in international law, with a Master of Laws degree from UC Berkeley and qualifications for both the New York and China Bars. Before joining LinkedIn, I was a DR Attorney at King & Wood Mallesons, where I represented clients in cross-border litigations and arbitrations in different industries and jurisdictions. I also have experience as a paralegal and an intern in leading law firms, where I conducted legal research, drafted documents, and consulted for various projects.My core competencies include business negotiation, legal writing, commercial litigation, legal research, and data protection. I have a passion for learning and innovation, like the AI regulation area recently.
