* Organise as necessary for the freighting of large amounts of time-sensitive telecommunications stock across Australia. * Conduct track and trace operations regarding the delivery and return of stock to and from locations across Australia. * Carry out monthly stock takes with contractors to ensure company stock was being used appropriately and was traceable. * Escalate when necessary potential incidents of fraudulent activity that could leave the company liable.

* Manage and develop the company’s stock function, to ensure complete and accurate capture of all inventory movements (including CPE), timely reporting and reliable supply across the company. * Secure primary and alternate suppliers for stock items to ensure best pricing and reliability and business continuity. * Manage the company’s purchasing function including all paper trails, ordering and receipting of goods and services. * Manage all aspects of the company‘s vehicle and mobile phone fleets including allocation, fuel and cost management and reporting, and operational management. * Manage all warehouse functions associated with the Ballarat warehouse including managing and recording all stock movements.

* Handle escalated customer complaints from the inbound call centre that include billing issues, service problems, and complicated situations. * Liaise with external telecommunication providers in order to port telephony and broadband services to and from the company. * Conduct day to day provisioning of CPE relating to installation requirements. * Finalise customer upgrades and downgrades of service and adjust billing cycle pro rates. * Point of contact for email enquiries for Ballarat and the surrounding region. * Level 2 IT troubleshooting of customer and technician issues.

* Conduct engineering calculations for height clearance of HFC and Fibre rollouts, and tensioning requirements. * Produce and submit applications to the relevant utilities providers in order to gain access to their assets and rollout the company’s own. * Create and maintain DWG and GIS maps of the network coverage provided by the company.

* General reception duties including receiving and transferring calls, letter writing, posting, and daily banking duties. * Booking tours for customers and compiling customer feedback into a database for analysis. * General IT administration and troubleshooting.
